The Goals + Strategy 2024 Workshops are an exclusive 1:1 workshop to review 2023, set goals and plan for 2024. Booking in January and February 2024.

 

I'm limiting the workshops to 1:1 for each session. Why?! Because no two business owners do anything the same way. There is no magic 'cookie cutter' approach to setting your goals and planning your year! Limiting it to 1:1 allows you quality time to ask questions and get the advice and direction you're needing.

Over 4 hours we'll work together to build a clearly defined strategy to achieve your small business goals for 2024.

Starting prior to the workshop with a 20 minute 1:1 call with Sophie, we'll discuss your specific questions to ensure they're covered during our time together.

You'll finish the workshop feeling empowered and in control of your Business and ready to take on 2024!

Each Half day session will look like;

- Review your year that was 2023, including finances

- Set Goals for 2024
- Build a personalised and actionable strategy specific to you and your business

- Leave the workshop with a clear plan with manageable steps
